I liked the idea of this product, but sending it back was kind of a pain. The refund took longer than I thought it would, and I had to email them more than once to check on it. They did eventually reply, so it wasnt a total disaster, but the whole return process felt really slow and frustrating

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but this felt too pricey for the quality. I was expecting a bit more for what it cost.

I tried using Leia Cup and felt like I was just another ticket number being pushed through the system. There weren’t any clear beginner-friendly steps, so I kept guessing what I was supposed to do next. It ended up being way more frustrating than I expected

I really wanted this to work better, but I still had some leaks on heavier days. It was okay for lighter use, I guess, just not something I’d fully trust when my flow is heavier...

The cup itself is fine, but I was disappointed with the packaging. It felt way more wasteful than I expected, especially for something marketed as eco-friendly. There also wasn’t much clear info about the materials or how to recycle anything, which kind of defeats the whole point for me. I thought about asking customer service, but I don’t have a ton of faith I’d get a straight answer...

It’s a good cup overall, but it took me a few tries to get the hang of it. Compared to other cups people seem to pick up right away, this one felt a little tricky at first, but once I figured it out, I liked it.

I’m telling you, this thing could not get a proper seal to save its life. The suction barely worked, and the seal kept breaking over and over throughout the day. I’m 100% sure I spent more time fixing it than actually using it

I picked up the Leia cup because I was tired of dealing with pads or tampons during gym days and longer walks. Once I figured out the right position, it actually stayed put well, even during squats and cycling. I had barely any leaking most days, which was a relief.
That said, it wasn’t instantly easy for me. It took about 2 cycles before I felt comfortable with it, and removing it was a bit awkward in the beginning. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but for staying active, it works better for me than what I was using before. I’d give it 4 stars.

The cup itself seems fine so far, but the box showed up crushed and messy. Maybe it just got handled roughly in shipping, I’m not sure, but it didn’t make a great first impression. For the price, I was expecting the packaging to be a bit more secure

I really wanted to love this, but oh my gosh, the cup is just way too firm for my body. It opened fine and everything, so I thought we were good, but then I could feel it basically all day and it started driving me a little insane. I know that sounds dramatic, but I was so uncomfortable by the end of the day. It might be perfect for someone else, but for me? Absolutely not.

It did show up in the end and everything was fine, but the shipping took longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just one of those experiences where something felt a bit off with the timing.

I was disappointed with my order from leiacup.com. The shipping took a lot longer than what was shown when I checked out, and by the time it finally arrived, the item just didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. I reached out to support and got a reply much later that was basically along the lines of, “sorry for the delay, please be patient,” but it didn’t really help or explain much. Not the best experience, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again

Getting this thing out was way harder than it should’ve been. It sat way too high for me, and the grip was not easy to grab at all, which just made the whole process frustrating.
I really don’t want to be dealing with that kind of stress every month. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me, the removal part was a total no.

I’m giving 2 stars because the order did show up, it just wasn’t the one I picked. The size and color were wrong, and it took a little while to get everything sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I feel like getting the order right should be basic. I really didn’t want to deal with returns for something that should’ve been sent correctly the first time.

I ended up ordering from leiacup.com mostly because I’m picky about what a cup is made from . So far , the material feels smooth and safe , and I haven’t noticed any weird smell or irritation . The packaging also had the basic info I wanted , which was nice . I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the website made some details easier to find , but overall I feel comfortable using it

I was hoping the delivery would be a lot more discreet, but the packaging made it obvious what it was. Not the end of the world, but it definitely didn’t match what I expected

I followed the size guide, but the cup still felt too tight and sat kind of weird. It wasn’t awful, just not comfortable enough for me to keep using. whoever runs this should probably double-check the sizing info because it felt a bit off.
